The Rector, in this full-time and on-site role at our Kempton Park campus, will serve as a visionary leader on site responsible for overseeing all academic and administrative functions of the college. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, fostering academic excellence, representing the institution to stakeholders, managing school departments and staff, and ensuring the overall growth and development of the college community. The Rector will also maintain adherence to educational standards, build partnerships, and ensure the well-being of students and staff.
